I set the tension on the drag/anti-drag wires on the last bay of the right wing and trammeled them square. I also removed the wing tip bow mount brackets from the outboard end so they could be cleaned up. I got my aileron mount arm reinforcing brackets in from Univair and installed three of them on the right aileron mount arms. Those brackets will kill a repetitive AD on that arm area. After priming all that area, I started removing the wing tiip bow from the left wing in order to varnish it. I got one coat on it, plus primed the new brackets I made for that wing tip. All will dry, and we'll get all that wing tip back together for good this time. Lastly, I removed the outboard compression strut on the left wing in order to get the cleaning proces started on that.
