Brief Description:  Wing Repair and Clean-up

This entry represents two work sessions on Feb 6 & 7. I continued to work from the root side of the right wing, removing additional compression struts and the associated drag/anti-drag wire assemblies, and replacing them after they are cleaned and re-painted. Also, I started working on the tip end of the left wing and found a good bit of corrosion out on the spar tips where they support the wing tip bows. There's not enough structure damaged to really get excited about, but this is easily the most I seen in this project so far. I treated the affected areas with Corrosion X. A couple of the tip bow support brackets will be replaced with new fabricated pieces.
