I started a detailed examination of the right wing and all of its damaged parts. Evidently, the wing was struck pretty nicely on the leading edge about 3/4 of the way out. The leading edge was crushed pretty nicely and the "repair" involved using an automotive body puller to try and pull the edge back into shape. They weren't even close, and covered the difference with Bondo. Various ribs in that same area were damaged and most were repaired, although in a very shoddy fashion. I'm going to remove most of the old fixes and repair/splice them properly. Lastly, I pulled the first compression spar on the inboard end of the right wing and took the parts down to my old shop for blasting/cleaing. They will be primed and painted tomorrow.
One of the expert rib repairs. :)
Another of the inadequate rib repairs.
The right leading edge where the impact took place, and the resulting repair effort.
