Confirmed prop gov control arm is in wrong position (Backward-control in=low rpm vs high rpm) Confirmed RPM reading is accurate using handheld prop rpm counter confirmed amp reading (positive now)
Run up to 1800-1900 rpm and checked prop- check good. Mag check- irratic running engine when in PMAG only-backfired.
Need to re-check PMAG timing Need to re-clock Prop governor
