Brief Description:  2nd engine run; finished interior

2nd engine run with cowling on.
Windy conditions. 65 degrees
4 minute run time

Issues correected from previous engine run
RPM test good.
EGT sensors good

Issues remaining:
Amps reading negative
Cycled prop governor for first time. When advancing throttle, engine staggered. Cycled prop and rpm increased. Returned throttle to near idle. Engine quit.

Pulled cowling and found rupping on upper cowl in back left (near Oil cooler). removed some of the metal in the corner of this area and reglassed the rub spot on the cowl.

Discovered Prop governor linkage should be rotated 180 degrees so pusing in Prop control will move the control to high RPM position. Previous engine runs were starting with Prop governor in low rpm position instead of high rpm position.
