Brief Description: Duckworks Taxi Light Right Wing Part 2
Plexi lense was held in place and holes match drilled to #40 to start. Then drilled up to number #30 using a laminate bit. Screw holes in the wing and plexi increased to 5/32 for dimpling in the skin and countersink of the plexi lense. Retainer brackets drilled for #6 screws and #40 holes countersinked for flush rivets and plate nuts. Retainer brackets installed on lense with double backed tape.
