The holes in the retaining strips for the plate nuts were drilled using a #40 bit. Then the retaining strips were clamped to the wing and only the screw holes drilled thru the wing. Using the rib template, holes were located in the ribs and plate nuts added to hold the Main Mounting Plate for the light.

2 K1000-3 plate nuts on each inboard and outboard rib.
Next, install the main mounting plate to the ribs.
