Today I was able to mount the right flap with Parker's help. It went twice as fast to get the flap all lined up, insert keeper pop rivets to hold the hinge in place and match drill the flap hinge to lthe flap brace/wing skin. I decided to hold off on driving the rivets to attach the hinge to the wing. Im pretty sure I made an error with the flap brace and dimpled it to accept the dimples in the wing skin when I should have countersinked the flap brace. I plan to call Van's in the morning.
