Brief Description: Preparing the Flap Brace panels for installation.
The new Flap Brace panels arrived from Vans earlier in the week. I carefully measure and trimmed the Flap Braces and test fit them last night. Today we clecoed them into place and quickly match drilled them to the wings. The Flap Braces were deburred, dimpled where necessary and the primed. Also primed the wing where the Flap Brace mounts to the wing. The plans call for blind rivets to attach the Flap Brace to the rear spar.
