No Photos Positioned and clamped the trim tab hinge on the top flange of the trim tab spar and marked the inboard end for the proper length.
Drilled the remaining holes attaching the trim tab skin to the bottom flange of the spar. Match drilled the holes attaching the skin to the top of the spar and the trim tab hinge.
Disassembled the trim tab and Machine countersink the top of the E-607pp Trim Tab Spar to accept the dimples in the trim tab skin. Dimpled the bottom flange of the Trim Tab Spar.
Trimmed the excess material of the outboard E-717 trim tab horn
Trimmed the inboard end of the trim tab hinge to length.
