Brief Description:  Bending the leading edge of the rudder

With the help of my son Parker we were able to roll and bend the leading edge of the rudder. Not sure how I would have done this without his help and the extra set of hands. Once we were satisfied with the overlap we match drilled the holes and clecod the ends together before attaching with pop rivets. The method I used to roll the leading edges was taken from a post on van's forum.
The pipe was 3/4 inch conduit from Home Depot. The blocks of scrap wood were drilled with a 1 inch bit. The leading edge was taped to the bar with gorilla tape and the bar was rolled with a pipe wrench.
