Brief Description:  More riveting rudder stiffeners

Finished riveting the rudder stiffeners. I placed the rudder skin into the trailing egde bender and started compressing the rudder skin a little bit at a time so not to over bend. I was fairly happy with the finished bend in the rudder skin. I checked the bend with a ruler and decided there were a few spots that needed touch up with two wood blocks of wood and a large pliers. Cleco'd the rudder bottom rib R-704, rudder horn R-405pd, rudder horn brace R-710, R-717 spacer, and the platenut that will hold the rod end bearing to the spar web R-802. Also cleco'd the R-713 counterbalance skin onto the rudder top rib R-703 and drilled to final size the holes that attach the two parts. Match drilled R-703 rib to the R-802 spar web.
