Brief Description:  Dimpling and priming rudder skin and stiffeners.

Today I dimpled the rudder skin and the rudder reinforcement strips. Then scuffed the rudder skin and the reinforcement strips with a scotchbrite pad. The parts were then washed and primed. I made a templet so primer was just added to the reinforcement strip rivet holes in the rudder skin. There are many more holes that will need to be drilled, dimpled and primed later. Today I used a different primer, NAPA 7220 Self Etching Primer. This primer seems to cover much better than the Valspar A-702 I used on the Horizontal Stabilizer. I like the gray color better also, better than the yellow green of the A-702
