The instructions have you enlarge one of the holes in the forward flange of the bottom rudder rib R-704 to 3/8 diameter with a unibit. I enlarged the hole but the bit traveled slightly so the hole was just off center. I cleco'd the rib to the R-405 and match drilled the hole to get it centered. Marked and trimmed the sides of R-405 to an angle per the plans using the aviation snips and then finished the sides on the scotchbrite whee.
