Brief Description: Match drill vertical stabilize assembly.
Final drilled to size #30 the VS-808PP rear spar reinforcement doubler and the hinge brackets VS-410PP, VS-411PP, and VS-412PP to the Rear Spar VS-803PP. Drilled all rib to spar attach holes to #30. Cleco'd the VS skin VS-801PP to the skeleton framework.
