Brief Description: Assembling the forward spar components.
Started assembly of the forward HS spar channels. Cleco'd the HS-810-1 reinforcement angle and the HS-814-1 splice angle and the two spar doublers together. Match drilled the inboard holes on the spar doulbers. Match drilled and deburred all holes inboard of the inboard rib attach points per the plans. Tapered the ends of the reinforcement angle and the splice angle and then bent the ends to 6 degrees in a vise using would blocks. Drilled a 1/4 radius bend relief holes in the forward spar channels and then bent them to 6 degrees per plans. Trimmed the inboard ends of the forward spar channel flanges to an angle for clearance when the inboard ribs are attached. Dimpled and countersink the most inboard holes on the spar channels and reinforcement and splice angle.
