I match drilled the hinge spacer to the bulkhead and doubler with #40. Using the preveoulsy drilled hinge spacer as a templet, I match drilled the bottom half of the hinge. Then clecoed the hinge, spacer, and doubler on the bulkhead and updrilled to #30 for -4 rivets. I removed the door and clecod all the parts together and match drilled the top half of the hinge to the door. Next I marked out the location of all the rivet holes on the doubler that will attach the doubler to the bulkhead, and match drilled these. Added rivet holes for plate nut rivets.
