Brief Description: Fuselage prep for interior paint.
Today was prep for paint day. First I had to removed the canopy bow and the front seat back support so they can be painted black and also for ease of painting the interior. Then I taped off the exterior outside of the canopy rails to protect from paint blowoff. Taped off the firewall to avoid getting paint on it. Then I began the process off scuffing the interior with a scotchbrite pad. Then I added the flooring which has already been final painted. Finally I had a few parts that needed primer paint. These were the aft fusealage upper bulkheads, the upper aft baggage compartment cover.
