Initial fit of the rear half of the wheel pant and screwing to the outer bracket is relatively simple. This is more or less done by squaring it up to the tread on the tire.
For all the wheel pant and gear leg alignment the plane needs to be level in it's flying position with no wight on the gear. I raised the tail with a ratchet strap to get it in position.
The most time consuiming part is the trial and error of making the cutout in the leading edge of the rear fairing where the gear leg penetrates. There is also quite a bit of enlarging of the tire cutout.
