I primed and riveted all the panel and vent brackets in place. I also positioned the throttle bracket that fastens to the bottom of the panel and installed nutplates to the panel that will support the bracket.
I installed two sets of nutplates; one to mount the bracket at the location shown on the plans and a second set to mount the bracket where I think I will prefer it better.
The plans show a very precise dimension to the location of this bracket but it doesn't work real well with my switch layout. I cant see what harm can be done by moving the throttle over about 1/1-4" but just in case I find out in the future that it needs to go there, I will already have the nutplates installed and it will be easy to move.
