Brief Description:  Start QB As-Built

Today I started in on reading the directions. The QB Fuse does not come with it's own specific set of instructions, therefore it is up to the builder to walk themselves through the plans and check off the steps that have already been completed via the QB Fuse. If i get to a step that seems unfinished i will stop and finish that piece then continue on throught he instructions.

The first element I found undone were on the stainless steel firewall, The firewall needs the brake master fluid line holder mounted and the fuel pump doubler plate. The brake holder is pre-fabricated whereas the doubler plate i had to fabricate from .063 aluminum sheet.

Both were revieted to the firewall. I used my pop-rivet dimpler to dimple the holes for the flush rivets in the firewall. I primed both pieces and riveted in place.

This pretty much completes the firewall construction for now.
