I fabricated a cradle to support the leading edge skins and installed the ribs into it. This was the tightest fit i've encountered thus far. There is barely any tolerance as the skin rabs around the ribs. Installing the clecos was very difficult. I am almost afraid to prime these parts in fear of the paint thickness.
I installed these to the wings and got one of the two leading edges match drilled.
