Boom! Now we're cooking with Gas! My new air riveter arrived from Brown tool today. It is a Taylor Pneumatic "C" riveter with longeron yoke to get up and over those spar edges. I had to rob the threaded die adjuster from my hand squeezer to get it running to my satisfaction but after about 15 minutes i was riveting like a champ. Dont think im a complete wuus though - this thing must weigh about 6 lbs. Now, the challenge is to not get too cocky with this thing. I imagine this could do some real damage if I get complacent for just one second. Kinda like setting flush rivets on the exterior skin! Now i know why they can pull down $600 bones for one of these - it sure will set some fine looking rivets, one after another.
