Checked off one of the many mundane tasks left to wrap this baby up. For the front baffle seal you actually need to form an aluminum backer plate / clamp that holds the rubber seal in place. The cowling fits surprisingly well even with these baffles in place. The cowl and baffles has been a pretty tall order and the fit and finish is coming out pretty good.
