I trimmed and connected the cable to the carb heat door actuator and also installed the carb heat intake and scat tube. I also ran the cable for the alternate air intake door and trimmed it to length. Need to order a B-nut for that connection prior to hooking it up though. Both cables are also secured to the engine mount via adel clamps as well.
When the carb heat selector is pulled in the cockpit it rotatoes the flapper door in the FAB, closing the main intake and pulling air from inside the cowling. The carb heat air pulled from inside the cowl is drawn across an exhaust pipe and into the FAB.
