Brief Description:  Cowl & Baffles

I rolled on 3 coats of filler primer (poly fiber) on the cowl halves yesterday. I used up about a quart in total. I let it cure overnight and today i sanded most of it off. Heavy duty stuff, this took about 4 hours to sand down with an orbital sander. The next step is to prime over it with a two part epoxy primer after letting it cure for seven days. I previously treated my wingtips in the same process so they will get the primer too.

I finished off the cowl baffles by riveting on the rubber baffle seal material to the tops of the aluminum baffle. Each piece was measured, cut, drilled and riveted in place
