Brief Description:  Fitting Nose Gear Fairings

This is one of those tasks where you just sort of follow your intuition. By this stage in the build you know pretty well the various techniques and general practices. Reading the plans helps as a guideline but it's faster just to do what you think is right. The plans were helpful in providing a guideline for clearances between the fairings and and wheels should be. Other than that, just start cutting and shaping. Eventually things were close enough to start drilling holes. Next the platenuts, counterink holes, rivet and final assembly.

I had a tough time getting the hose clamp to seat around the base of the gear leg fairing. Some two sided tape is in-order here for final assembly i think.
