I drilled holes in the control bracket and installed all the control linkages for the carb heat, throttle, mixture and cabin heat. Also fastened to these lines to their Adel clamps under the forward deck, which firmed everything up nice. I hope im not ahead of myself here, as it will be a pain to remove the panel now (the control bracket is screwed to three nut plates so it could be dropped off the bottom of the panel - jit would just be a PITA)
I also did a continuity check with my multimeter on the panel switches to determine "off" and "on" so i knew how to orient them; then tightened em down.
