Brief Description:  Stall Warner Cable Routing

The Stall Warner wire is fed through a small bushing in the main forward spar of the wing. In order to get it to the wing root i needed to get the wire into my wing conduit. Before doing so I took about a 12" section of portective sleeving and fed it over the wire. I installed about a one inch section of heat shrink at each end of the sleeving to hold it inplace on the wire. Next i fed the wire into a small hole cut into my corregated conduit and pulled the wire to the root where it will be coiled up for future use. I also installed an adel clamp to the wing rib to hold the wire in place. This should protect the wire around all the bend a littled better than the bare wire without any clamps.
