Brief Description:  Flap Skin Assembly

After the skeleton was assembled the primer had cured enough on the leading edges and skins to start assembly. The leading edges were clecod on and riveted in place with blind rivets (mk-319-bs) becasue there is no access in to the inside of the ribs (they are in front of the main spar) I also got the top skins clecod in place and riveted the leading edges of the top skin to the main spar.

Next step is to rivet the top skin to the FL-905 main ribs, which ought to be interesting... My bucking bars will get teh first couple rivets, but as the ribs taper narrower towards the trailing edge i dont know what im going to fit in there to buck, or squeeze these rivets. I'll figure it out. Then the bottom skin gets riveted to the main spar, and closed off with blind rivets from the bottom skin to the fl-905 main ribs. (thats going to be a lot of rivet pulling by hand).
