Brief Description:  Flap Build-up and Match Drilling

Assembled both flaps and got all holes match drilled in the wing skins, spars and trailing edges. Real similar to the aileron except larger, but you dont have all those little skin stiffeners to cut out and drill. The flap uses ribs to support the skin.

The leading edge skins were difficult for one person to fold around the leading edge and cleco in place; but i managed, and didn't have a need to fabricate any fancy strapping or clamping tools as i've read of others doing.

The trailing edge (and aex wedge) were drilled and cleco'd direct to the table top, This keeps everything nice and straight.
