With the ribs and spars prepared it was time to fit it all together. I finished off the day by installing the ribs between the front and rear spars, match drilling and deburring the holes... Did this for both left and right wings. Gonna have to break off pretty soon and concentrate on one wing at a time becasue im running out of table space for both. Next step is to prime these ribs and rivet in place, then hang on the jig.
Installing the ribs was tedious because each wing contains 3 different types of ribs, which may either be flange left, or flange right... you have to be very careful to position the ribs in the right spot. And best of all, the plans are only for the left wing, so you have to reverse your thinking on the right. There is a meaning for the madness that has to do with the order in which these are riveted and closed out with the skins and access to the rivet.
