Pulled all parts for the rear wing spars, removed the blue plastic and deburred all the edges. I fit the spar doubler and reinforcing plates to the rear spars and match drilled all components. The aileron push rod hole is oblong and needs to be matched through the corresponding reinforcing plate. I used a step drill at first and finished off the opening with a dremel and small reamer bit. The carefully deburred all these edges. I disassembled and deburred all holes.
At the root of the rear wing spar there is a series of holes that get counterunk and a few on the tips. After carefully studying the plans I got these countersunk.
Disassembled everything, acetoned, alumaprepped, alodined and primed. These are curing in the garage for now, ready to rivet tomorrow.
