So far today I have fabricated the aluminum L angle that ties the firewall to the roll bar brace, positioned it on the rib and match drilled everyting. Since this angle overlaps the veritcle flange of the RB brace I had to make a filler to make up the space between the angle and the rib. I looked throughout the prints and couldn't find any mention of one being required but the filler has to be there. I also fabed and drilled up the angles that tie the ribs to the subpanel. I'm not plannig on final drilling anything until I get more involved with the aft canopy frame. Just in case anything goes haywire it will allow me some wiggle room.
