I clamped a piece of plywood to the roll bar and screwed pieces of wood to it around its perimeter to use as a guide for re-bending the forward bow of the canopy frame. I then cut the fwd bow from the frame and re-bent it to match the fixture made from the roll bar. I then set it in place against the roll bar to check the fit and it is much better! I will now make temporary aluminum splice plates to hold it together while it gets re-welded. I may actually be able to make some progress on finishing the canopy now. This has by far been the biggest pita of the whole project so far!!!
