Brief Description: Fixing nutplates to Z angle and bolting to spar
Back drilled the Zangle that attaches to 702 baffle of the wing tank and then this in turn will bolt and screw to the wing itself when all is built.
This procedure went well right up until I started to bolt the second to last Z angle to the spar, no way was I able to do this and eventually I had to enlargen one of the Web holes of the spar. I had phoned Vans on this and was told that a minor correction could be done like this with no real harm to structural integrity.
The night ended with me having two more Z angles to complete.
