attached 713 to 704 counter weight and then just as instructions said I then slid the 702 spar into the shell of 701 skin and the 713 counterweight holder. This worked very well and I then riveted it all together. The titanium bucking bar works so well, it is very good and easy to work with the shop head is better as well.
