Brief Description: Riveting trailing edge of rudder
Final rivet of trailing edge of rudder went well, as per Vans instructions i did the shop end first with only half sets of every fifth rivet then inbetween then finally all rivets. I turned to rudder over on its side and proceeded to use a mushroom head set and pound the factory head as the shop head beat against the 1/4 plate steel that I had polished for the task. All worked great and I am pretty pleased with how it turned out. On to the elevators ........
