Brief Description: Pressure test and sealing leaks in right wing.
After close-out of the right wing, I built a manometer and pressure tested the wing to about 20" H2O column. Discovered a number if tiny pinhole leaks that were a result of insufficient Hysol coverage on the corners of a couple ribs.
Using bubble soap all leaks were located. Then, using an electronic bore scope and long straws connected to bottles of Jeffco tank sealer, I was able to seal them all up inside the wing.
When done, the wing was pressure tested again to about 20" H2O column. This time, the pressure held and I finally depressurized it after about 3 weeks.
