1 gal of Jeffco 9700 sealer appears to be just what it takes to seal one entire wing with the extended fuel option. Applied two fairly thin coats of sealer to the entire tank rather than one thicker coat for better coverage. Have inspected entire wing for pin holes and touched them all up.
Closed out the spar fuel bays, being VERY careful to not get any dust inside.
