Removed the trim tab from the elvator and riveted the hinge to the trim tab. Drilled and riveted the folded tabs in the trim tab with blind rivets. Riveted the opposite half of the hinge to the elevator and reinstalled the trim tab to the elevator. Confirmed tab was still in alignment with the elevator and swung freely without binding.
