Brief Description: Elevator stiffener prep

Cleco'd the stiffeners to the left and right elevator skins (E-701-R, E-701-L) and match drilled the holes. Drilled the missing holes in some of the stiffeners using the holes in the skins as a guide. Disassembled and deburred all drilled holes.
