Finished riveting the skin to the forward spar assembly. Installed the rear spar and cleco'ed in place. Hand squeezed the rear spar to the skin and then hand squeezed the rivets for the ribs to the skin. Used the blind rivet puller to rivet the rear spar to the center rib. Vertical stabilizer contstruction is now completed.
