Taking help from Brad, we used the C-Fram Arbor Tool to dimple the holes in VS-801PP that were unreachable by the hand squeezer. Once dimpling was completed, I set the vertical stabilizer assembly aside and continued work on the horizontal stabilizer using the replacement HS-00005. Once the HS-00005 flanges were match drilled to the spars and skin, I removed the skin and finished drilling to #30 the rivet holes in the forward spar center joint section. The horizontal stabilizer drilling step is now completed.
