Clamped the vertical stabilizer understructure carefully in the vise and used #30 drill bit to final drill VS-410PP, VS-411PP and VS-412PP to rear spar assembly. Then #30 drillled all vertical stabilizer rib-to-spar attach holes. Next, removed the substructure from the vise and cleco'd the VS-801PP skin to the substructure and match drilled all skin to substructure holes to #40. Removed skin from the substructure and began deburring the holes in all parts. Dissassembled vertical stabilizer and marked parts for orientation in preparation for the next step.
