Brief Description: Position HS top skin and end ribs
I strapped the top skin down to the spars and ribs per the instructions. I was able to get the predrilled holes in the skin to align with the rivet lines drawn on the skeleton. However, when I put the end ribs in position it was obvious that the airfoil isn't symetrical top and bottom (but the ribs are). This was especially noticable on the right end.
I sent pictures (see below) to Roger Duppert at the Zenith factory. He looked them over and assured me this wouldn't be a problem. He said it will not affect how the plane flies, but that I might need to add a little filler to the fiberglass ends to eliminate any gaps between the fiberglass and the skin.
