I had to call the factory because the instructions never mention drilling and clecoing the bottom rib (#1), only ribs 2,3 and 4. Its an oversight in the plans.
The only problem I encountered was the ribs moving during drilling - especially when drilling the aft holes. This seems to be caused by pushing down too hard with the drill which causes the flange to bend slightly. Light force and high drill speed helps.
