Today I got started by clecoing the baffle to the right wing tank. I then installed the screws that hold the left tank to the spar....these are the ones that have the nutplates installed. I installed about every 4th one. This allowed the wing to be sturdy in place and formed near perfect alignment of the left tank skin to the left nose assembly at the W-423 joint plate. I then used the 90 degree drill tool to match drill the L1 Z-Bracket. Then Andrew and I match drilled the left tank. We then removed the left leading edge assembly to match drill the L7 Z-bracket. Next session we will work on drilling the inside 5 Z-brackets and work on cutting the tank stiffiners.
