Brief Description: Finished Match Drilling Lft Wing, Started On Right
Today I finished match drilling the laft wing top skins. I then started on the right wing wing walk doubler by measuring 9/16" from top of skin. I used clamps to start the match drilling process using the right W-702 top skin as a guide. I used a 2x4 by 12" piece of wood to support the drilling underneath which worked out well. I then deburred the wing walk doubler only. Next step was to hang the inboard and outboard top skins on the right wing skeleton....not to forget the right wing walk doubler as well. Next will be to match drill the right wing top skins.
