I passed the Scotchbrite pad over all of the surfaces and cleaned all parts with acetone. After suspending each part on a string, primed them with Products Techniques Inc. (PTI) brand green Zinc Chromate primer. I ordered 6 cans of this primer from Aircraft Spruce. To coat just the horizontal stab understructure parts, it took 1 full spray can and a bit of another. This does not include priming the undersurface of the HS skins. This work was done on 12/20/2012 and today.
